A lot of riders have already invested in performance upgrades for their stock engine by the time they are ready to move up to a complete big inch engine. Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to save some money by using some of those items on your new engine? Well now you can!

S&S is offering V-Series engines for 1984-'99 big twins without fuel or ignition systems. So if you have already added a performance carburetor or an EFI throttle body and tuner to your stock engine, you can use it on your new engine. A carb or throttle body that fits a stock engine will fit the new S&S engine because the heads are specially machined to compensate for the non stock cylinder length so a stock length manifold will fit. If you’ve installed a performance ignition or EFI tuner, you can use it.

Features:

  • No fuel system or ignition systems included - Use what you already have
  • Special Head machining – Fits stock length intake manifolds (S&S manifold size 410)
  • Stock style breathing system – stock breather spacing and function is compatible with
stock and most performance air cleaners
  • Same quality components and performance as our complete T-Series engines
  • Two year warranty

NOTE: This engine will require a performance ignition and performance carburetor.

    V111

Posted by Unknown on Jun 16th 2020

Ill make this short. I have rode the V111 for over 2 years now and it is supreme. problem free, no oil leaks, no funny noises and best of all it runs like a dragster straight out the box. I babied it breaking it in and had a little oil consumption and as it all seated in it has very little oil consumption. Very dependable and trouble free. Power and longevity and great bottom end for fun. Buy it and thank me later.

    best money ive ever spent!

Posted by Unknown on Jul 23rd 2018

I have a 1994 Electra Glide Ultra Classic (i took the tour pack off ) . As soon as i got the bike the engine died at 30,000 ,it wasn't a big deal because i didn't pay anything for it . But that being said i did not want to dump it and my only chose was S&S . The Harley dealer said i could put a S&S 80 inch but out of curiosity i went here to the Web site and found the v111 .They charged me about a $1,000 more then the 80 inch .lets face it for a $1000.00 more i could never get nearly the power or reliability . I went with all S&S (super E crab , Super Stock ignition and coil )why mess a round ? Its like day and night ! just put a little over a 1,000 miles and finished the brake in .Its smooth at high speed, long distance and rips around town like a drag bike .This engine is no joke ! If your looking for a engine that can keep up with the pack and can out preform most Harley's or want a smooth running touring bike that can pull its wight and more. And still have enough power to pass a car this is it, don't hesitate. Two words best describe this engine "Sport Touring".

111" Great for My 1997 FLSTC

Posted by Unknown on May 5th 2018

I have been riding my stock EVO 80 for 20yr and after rebuilding it 4-times and experiencing a 5th EVO failure, I opted for a NEW motor. This has worked out great, in that I ordered it from my local HD Dealership and picked it up there as well. The long block is great because I have been able to use my existing Mikuni Carb, Dynatek Ignition, stock manifold, and OEM pipes. This 111" is actually 1/4" shorter than the 80" and thus easier to install for us DIY'rs. I now have ~1,100miles on it and it's just now broken in. This thing puts out tremendous HP and is very quick in acceleration, especially on my old cruiser. This motor also uses a lower compression rate than my old hopped up motor. Have never had it ping and it is set at the recommended 32* BTDC. I am very happy with this 111" long-block motor and even happier that my old 1997 FLSTC live on! Thanks S&S!
