Best Choice for 50-states Compliant Urban Riding
2019 Softail Low Rider At 1k miles, I performed a Stage-1 Upgrade to improve the air flow through the M8 engine. Because I ride most of the time in an urban environment with noise ordnance enforcement (and too many cranky people only too willing to call the police) and occasional rides to California, this slip-on muffler fit my needs. Combined with a hig flow air cleaner and a dyno tune, I noticed an improvement in throttle control, torque and smoothness of engine performance. They are high quality fit and finish and easy to install. I also like that they are about 2.5 inches shorter than stock muffler; this makes getting to the rear tire for checking tire air pressure easier. Definitely improved the sound of my bike within my expectations.
